ORDERING

What is your minimum order?
We offer an industry leading 30 pair minimum order per design, size, and style on most of our products. 

Can I review an existing sample?
Yes. Existing samples can be ordered here. 

Can I order a sample with my own design without placing an order?
Yes. We can make a pre-production sample without an order for a $175 fee.

How long does it take to receive an order?
Once you approve your final design (pre-production or spec sample: 2-8 days) we will complete your order within in 2-5 weeks, plus your desired shipping time. 

PRICING

What is included in the price?
Your purchase price includes the product and protective clear poly-sleeves. This ensures your products arrive in excellent condition and are ready for retail presentation or personal use. Please note that custom packaging options and shipping costs are billed separately and are not included in the listed price. All pricing is final and non-negotiable, with rates subject to change without prior notice.

Do you accept payment terms?
No. As we operate on a made-to-order basis, full payment is required before production begins on your order.

What forms of payment do you accept? 
We accept payment in the form of credit card or check. Any invoices over $4,000 will have an additional 3% credit card processing fee. To avoid this fee, you can mail a check.

MISCELLANEOUS

Can Pattern and Pair make socks in different materials?
Yes. We have Merino Wool and other premium materials that are available upon request (Add $0.78) per pair. 

Do you offer different sizes?
We offer multiple sizes to provide the perfect fit for your order. You’re able to split your order into different sizes, with a minimum of 30 pairs per size.

Do you offer custom sock packaging?
Yes! We provide customizable sock packaging with various style options that will compliment your branded socks.

What type of socks do you offer?
We create custom socks for every sport, brand, business, event and occasion. We do not use pre-made blanks and will create your socks from scratch to meet your exact needs.

Can you make different left and right customized socks, sometimes known as mismatched socks?
Yes.

DESIGNS 

How does the design process work?
Send us your ideas, colors, and logos and our team will email back free designs in 2 business days. You then work 1 on 1 with our team to perfect the design with free unlimited revisions.

How many colors can go on a customized sock with logos?
In our experience the best results are sock designs containing between 5 - 6 colors, if you have a complex custom socks design request we recommend chatting with our sock designs team who make miracles happen on a daily basis.

Do you charge for mockups?
Our custom sock design services are always free! We have a professional in-house team of custom sock designers that are a resource to you through the whole process. 

HOW CAN I SEND IN MY DESIGN? 
You can upload your files directly on the product pages of our website, or email them to anthony@patternandpair.com.  Upon request, we’ll create a mockup for your review. PDF, PSD, or AI files are preferred.

SHIPPING

Where do you ship from?
Southern California.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes.

Can I use own shipping account?
Yes! Let us know if you have your own method of shipping and would like to ship on your own account by providing us with your carrier name, account number, and zip code.

Will you send tracking information with my custom sock order?
Tracking details for any customized socks orders with us will be sent via email once your order has been shipped!

Can you help me ship to multiple locations?
Yes! We are professionals at drop shipping, so let us know where you need your custom socks sent to and we'll make sure they arrive safe and sound at those doorsteps! $3.99 per package + freight. 

FREIGHT
U.S.: Orders ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx from California. Shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer and will be calculated based on carrier rates. Pattern and Pair is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

INTERNATIONAL: Pattern and Pair cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance.

CANCELLATIONS

Please note that once an order is approved and full payment has been received, cancellation is no longer possible. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on custom orders, and all sales are final. Pattern and Pair reserves the right to refuse any returns at its discretion. Additionally, shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. To assist you in making an informed decision, we offer samples for review of quality and product before placing a full order.
