What is your minimum order? We offer an industry leading 30 pair minimum order per design.
How long does it take to receive an order? Once you approve your final design we will complete your order within in 2-5 weeks, plus your desired shipping time.
How does the design process work? Send us your ideas, colors, and logos and our team will email back free designs in 2 business days. You then work 1 on 1 with our team to perfect the design with free unlimited revisions.
What type of socks do you offer? We create custom socks for every sport, brand, business, event and occasion. We do not use pre-made blanks and will create your socks from scratch to meet your exact needs.
Do you offer different sizes? We offer multiple sizes to provide the perfect fit for your order. You’re able to split your order into different sizes, with a minimum of 30 pairs per size.
What costs are involved with ordering custom socks? We offer an all-in transparent price with no hidden fees. The price you see is what you pay plus applicable shipping and sales tax.
Can I order a sample with my own design without placing an order? Yes. We can make a pre-production sample for a fee.
Do you charge for mockups? Our custom sock design services are always free! We have a professional in-house team of custom sock designers that are a resource to you through the whole process.
Can you make different left and right customized socks, sometimes known as mismatched socks? Yes.
Can you help me ship to multiple locations? Yes! We are professionals at drop shipping, so let us know where you need your custom socks sent to and we'll make sure they arrive safe and sound at those doorsteps!
